
Equipment Maintenance Mechanic at CattleCrete
As an Equipment Maintenance Technician at CattleCrete, you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing the equipment that powers our concrete and paving crews across the Midwest. Based out of Morrill, Nebraska, this role requires travel, independence, and strong mechanical knowledge. You’ll take charge of keeping our pavers, plants, rollers, saws, and other job-critical machinery running at peak performance — with the support of a top-tier team behind you.
What You’ll Be Doing
As an Equipment Maintenance Technician, you’ll be responsible for keeping our concrete and paving equipment running strong across projects throughout the Midwest. Based out of Morrill, Nebraska, this is a hands-on, field-based role where you’ll maintain pavers, plants, rollers, trowels, saws, and other heavy machinery. You’ll work independently, using your own tools, with the support of a service truck, company credit card, and a crew that values doing things right.
Key Focuses:
✔ Maintain and repair heavy-duty construction and paving equipment
✔ Service job-critical machines like pavers, plants, trowels, rollers, and saws
✔ Troubleshoot issues quickly to minimize downtime
✔ Track maintenance schedules and order parts as needed
✔ Communicate clearly with field crews and management

Requirements:
✔ Proven experience maintaining paving and concrete equipment
✔ Working knowledge of hydraulics, diesel engines, and electrical systems
✔ Must supply own tools
✔ Valid driver’s license (required)
✔ Ability to troubleshoot quickly and work independently
✔ Travel required for projects across the Midwest
✔ Bilingual (English + Spanish) preferred

Compensation and Benefits:
